Returns

We cannot accept returns on cut fabric, sewing patterns or books. Some sewing notions may be accepted for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Contact the shop for approval.
You can always contact us for any return question at heirloomcreations@att.net.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
